Ta có: $x<3\Rightarrow 7-x>1$ suy ra: $\log_{7-x}(y-4)<0\Leftrightarrow y-4<1\Leftrightarrow y<5$
Lại có: $y>4\Rightarrow y-1>0$ suy ra:: $\log_{y-1}(3-x)<0\Leftrightarrow 3-x<1\Leftrightarrow x>2$
Vậy nghiệm của hệ PT là: $\left\{ \begin{array}{l}

4< y < 5
